This mindful program offers a supportive, six-session journey to help you process emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and break free from repetitive thoughts about your ex. Start with an introductory session to discover if this gentle, yet effective approach resonates with you.
During this first session, you can expect the following:
- Identify the false beliefs and behaviors related to the end of the relationship
- Move through a 20- to 30-minute custom hypnosis to address one of the false beliefs
- Receive a copy of your recording to further support your change
