Meet your coach and hypnotist
Hello dear, I'm Nicole
I'm a Board Certified Hypnotist and a Resident Healer for the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Integrated Communications (understanding how media shapes our collective and personal narratives).
I guess you could say I come from a lineage of healers. My great great grandmother was a healer in Mexico. My grandfather was a Baptist minster, and he and my grandmother traveled the world as missionaries. Much of my extended family is in the medical field or religious services. So since I was little, I knew that I wanted to help others -- but in my own way. (Apparently, that's as a hypnotist. Didn't see that one coming! 😎.)
I've had the opportunity to travel the U.S. and host private hypnosis sessions and group experiences for high achievers who want to feel confident and create an abundant lifestyle.
I've also been featured in Cosmopolitan, Business Insider, Forbes, New York Post, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and more.
I have to say, sometimes my life feels downright magical, and I am so grateful to have found the answer.

But I used to feel broken and deeply ashamed of my credit card debt
Before becoming a hypnotist, I spent 15+ years climbing the corporate ladder in the travel space. Although I truly love travel and hotels, I struggled with anxiety and the aching feeling that I was never enough so I worked overtime in all aspects of my life to "prove" I was worthy. I also had a particularly problematic habit with impulsive shopping that led me to $24K in credit card debt.
So, I started my own business as a hotel consultant, and I thought I'd finally be free. I imagined sitting by the beach with my laptop. Nope. Instead, I spent days inside my home and working non-stop to "prove" myself as a business owner. My anxiety was at an all-time high, and started losing my hair and ability to eat.
Fast forward to desperation. Yep, it took illness to consider trying hypnosis (a modality a friend has mentioned she was using to assist her with anxiety).
It was hypnosis that actually changed by life. It helped me in ways therapy, Tony Robbins and self-help books & courses couldn't.
I reclaimed my worth, and I'm on a mission to help other women reclaim theirs.
"At the time, I was really trying to scale {my business} a little bit more. So I remember the accountability component was huge, just having those check ins, but also having that community behind you that was also cheering you on."
